The well-equipped chemical analysis and testing laboratory, carried out by specialized chemical technologists, carries out important support activities and guides both for the service provided directly to the clientele, that to the internal engineering service during the phases of study and developments of structured machinery, and coaching for the development and refinement of new materials and processes.

Engineering office operating structure

Our technicians and engineers of the engineering department, work on 5 well-defined guidelines that converge towards the goal of achieving the corporate vision, which is to provide customers products and services that are reliable, qualitatively excellent and able to achieve full technical and economical satisfaction for the client. Our engineering department uses 3d cad / cam / cae software tools and specific software for process engineering.

Chemical conditioning

By virtue of the experience gained by its technicians on cooling circuits and specific problems, Omniatrade srl offers a wide range of products and services aimed at achieving maximum operating efficiency while minimizing operating costs.
The common denominator of each cooler system, both once-trough, open recirculated evaporative tower, and closed recirculated with mechanical frigoria, should be the correct chemical treatment, which eliminates or minimizes the three deleterious aspects of a circuit: Corrosion, encrustation and bio fouling.
